My favourite shot reworked! Suffering the last meters of the Signal Hill TT  © Ronelle Rust

An afternoon at Destiny Castle, it had been a long day at the training camp, so in this shot, I saw the castle upside-down!

This is my site where you can read about my latest adventures in the world of cycling and biking, along with my cycling Team Medscheme.

You will find news of my races, as well as my other interest -touring. Preferably on my mountain bike through some fantastic mountain scape or African bush, infested with the wild, as only Southern Africa can offer!

Please take a look at my galleries of races and tours, many images have been taken by me, but the great ones have been taken by some of my friends, Wayne Hayward, Craig Dutton, or many others that I hope I have credited. Cycling is a splash of colour in a multitude of backgrounds and sharing our experiences with others can only partly be done by good pictures, for the entire taste you have to have been there!
